I love to cook things for my "picky" family that they will love. It's always a huge challenge. Summer is about being outside, but in the winter we want the comfort foods.

I love everything, but my family is choosier. No soup, one poulty dish, tacos and cheeseburgers. I need variety. I need healthier.
