I have lived all over the United States and have learned alot about various types of food. I love southern food, Tex-mex, Mexican, and Cajun food.I love to try new things and experiment alot. I'm not afraid of any food. LOL.... I love to cook Mexican food. Tortillas, charro beans, and peppers with every meal. YUM! My mother has several recipes that she makes regularly, and I have begun to make my variations, with her permission, of course! I honestly feel that anytime I go in the kitchen and don't set it afire, that is a triumph. LOL I did set my kitchen curtains on fire once, sadly.
