I live in Knightdale with my husband Rob, my cat Pesky, a Lab/Great Dane mix Moosey and a Jack Russell mix Harley. I love to bake cakes and cookies. I love making anything that is simple and low key. My most favorite family tradition is making liver pudding and cheese biscuits on Christmas morning. i made a FABULOUS cheese sauce for broccoli. I just threw together some ingredients that i thought might work and it turned out perfect!! I made a pound cake when i was about 12 or 13 and the flour was really old. when the cake was done, it was horrible and 'peppered' with little flour bugs!!!
