Beef Tips and Noodles
This was really good. After reading the reviews, I used milk instead of water. Then I also added 1 can of milk as well a 1/4 c of red wine (doing this will keep the sauce from being too salty, as most reviewers commented on). I also added some cornstarch to help all that extra liquid thicken! Instead of baking it, I put it in a saucepan and simmered for about 10 minutes. I sauteed the beef in olive oil and garlic and added it to the sauce to simmer for another 10 minutes. When the noodles were done, I drained them and returned them to the same pot and poured the sauce and beef over top and mixed it all up and let it sit for the noodles to soak. Turned out really great, had plenty of flavor. Even better, I have leftovers!

Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I
Made this several times over the past few years, for parties, holidays, birthdays, etc. Always a hit. It's very rich. I use Oreo premade crust. Then after pouring the caramel in the bottom, I coat it with mini chocolate chips and chopped pecans. I put another layer of chocolate chips and pecans on top during baking. Then, before serving or taking to wherever I am going, I put a caramel drizzle all over the top. Too easy and gives it a professional look!
