I am not a cook...yet...but it is something I am interested in. I love music, I love the arts period. I sing professionally which gives me time off during the week, and my wife works a full-time job, so I would like to be a good husband, and learn how to cook well! I have only done two dishes that I am proud of. Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, and Pan-Seared Garlic Chicken. Casseroles.... Most so far!
