High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I never believed this would work but after reading the reviews I tried it. The 1st time just for me and my husband just in case...Now I make it for the pickiest of company. It is the best roast I have ever had!!! Everyone is stunned when I telll them how it's done. I season with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and it tastes perfect every time. This is a great recipe. Thank you!
