Spaghetti Sauce
This sauce was REALLY easy and you probably have all the ingredients in your house already. I will say however that you HAVE TO cut the Oregano in HALF... it is way too much. I also added paste as the sauce otherwise was not as thick as I like it.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
GREAT RECIPE! I am not a frosting fan so I thought I would try this since it is said to not be as sweet as typical frosting! LOVE IT! Had to throw the remainser away after repeatedly trying to eat it straight with a spoon!!! I will say that I added much more milk than the recipe called for. Definetly do as the recipe states and slowly add the powdered sugar and milk. Then just keep slowly adding about 1 tbls of milk at a time until you reach your desired consitency. I think I ended up adding about 7 tbls.

Gazpacho
LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! This has quickly become a staple recipe of mine! Incredibly EASY to make, HEALTHY and tons of flavor!!! I honestly have no suggetions for anything to change... thsi is perfect as is! I do however tend to add cut up cocktail shrimp to mine after it has been blended, just to add some protein. Also, you can truly use any color pepper you want! A+++++++
