Buttery Soft Pretzels
Amazing! My husband has NEVER liked soft pretzels and he ate two right out of the oven. I brushed them with butter while hot and sprinkled half with cinnamon/sugar and the other half with a little more salt. I used high gluten flour, it should be noted that my dough did not rise quickly and never did double but was soft and easy to work with after an hour or so. I will never pay for mall pretzels again!

Crunchy Romaine Toss
We loved it and wouldn't change a thing. It was a nice change from the other Ramen noodle slaw I usually make. This made it on the list of family favorites!

Mom's Legendary Stuffed Hamburgers
A pretty good burger, but way to big if you don't make the patties very flat. By the time they were done the outside was a bit charred. Next time I think I would just combine everything and make them one patty burgers.
