Real Italian Calzones

Sooooo good, I wish I could give this six stars! The dough recipe is fabulous. I have found that taking them out RIGHT when they turn golden brown is key, if you leave them in too long the calzones are harder to cut into ( but still delicious). They are also pretty big, so if you're just making this for two make sure you bring your appetite! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

Fragrant Chicken Curry

This recipe manages to be both really spicy and really bland at the same time. I followed the recipe exactly, and although it was okay, I think it could use something else in it- salt maybe? The sauce was also really runny, if I made this again I'd add flour to thicken it.

Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup

this was awesome! i had never made chicken noodle soup before, but was very pleased with how it turned out. the things i changed were only because of personal preference- added 8 c. total of chicken broth to make it soupier, used a store-bought rotisserie chicken, and added lots of cracked pepper. delicious!
