I found this recipe on here and knew we would love it. I have made it once a week since discovering it. I have tried tweaking the recipe to our taste. I add an extra clove of garlic and add a bit of chilli powder. Yum yum. Hubby's favourite meal now.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

The cheese oozed out a bit. Next time I would double dip in the breadcrumbs. I'm in the UK and can't buy already seasoned breadcumbs, made my own with Italian spices. Loved it.
