Great recipe. I like roasted chicken better than boiled. so I roasted my chicken at 375 for 20 min. with olive oil, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and added my vegetables to the chicken and cooked it an additional 20 min., added all the roasting juices to the double sauce, wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

Lemon Delight

This is a wonderful change from all of the Chocolate Desserts that I make! My family loved it and it is so easy. I did use all low fat or fat free ingredients that I could, nobody was the wiser! Thanks

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Great! A wonderful combination of pumpkin, spices and cream cheese. I did substitute 1 cup applesauce for the 1 cup oil. It was so delicious! A people pleaser and easy to make! Thanks Paul!

Pumpkin Dump Cake

I make this often, and always get great results! If I take it to work, it is gone by lunch! For a shortcut, I use Pumpkin Pie Spice and I just slice 1/2 cup butter over the top with the pecans! Comes out great every time! pp

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Salsa Chicken

I love these flavors. I put the taco seasoning in a bag and add the chicken to coat it well. I add 2 cups raw rice sauteed with butter, onions, bell pepper and jalapeno peppers and place in the bottom of the baking dish with 1 cup chicken broth. Add the chicken on top and bake. It is a full meal, my family and friends love it! thanks for the sharing the recipe.
