About this Cook
I love cooking. Growing up in Texas I love all things southern and Tex-Mex. I live with my husband and our 3 dogs. I don't really know what else to say. I love food and this website is awesome for finding new recipes to try and experiment with.
My favorite things to cook
I love chili! I don't care when or where I just love it. I love beef and i love the versatility of chicken. My husband loves all things pork but its not my favorite. I'm constantly trying to find good pork chop recipes that I like. Peanutbutter is one of my favorite things on the earth. On the weekends I like to experiment with new foods and recipes. During the week I always rely on my fast tried and true stand bys.
My cooking triumphs
Creating that one great recipe that everybody loves.
My cooking tragedies
I can not seem to make a good roast. I have almost given up on the dream. Also my bread is a disaster!

Delicious Chicken Casserole
It was an easy recipe to follow but the taste was kind of bland. It was not my favorite recipe and I probably won't make it again.

Easy Tuna Casserole
This was a great recipe. I made a few changes I used velveeta and added celery and peppers. There wasn't any left so I assume it went over well.

Peanut Butter Pie III
This was a scrumptious pie I took it over as dessert for a dinner party. There was none left which made me kinda sad because it was so good I wanted to take some home.
