Baked Corn
My kids and I LOVED it!!! Great texture and taste. I discarded the water from the corn and cut the butter in half. When I realized I didn't have enough sour cream, I added plain low fat yogurt and it was great!!! I will definitely make this again.

Corn Souffle
OK, I hate to say it, but I didn't really like this at all. I'm not sure if I set my expectations too high because it got such great reviews, but I cooked it for almost 2 hours and it never set. I was just like eating mushy corn soup.

Linguine with White Clam Sauce II
Great recipe and REALLY easy! I aslo cut back on the parsley, added more garlic and red pepper flakes for a little kick. My 4 year old daughter AND my 14 month old son both devoured it!!!
