Molasses Sugar Cookies

Turned out fantastic, lasted for two weeks in an airtight container, kids and adults loved them. I made them with granulated sugar instead of colored sugar.

Cream Cheese Penguins

My daughter's first grade class is studying penguins this month. I made these as part of the class snack this week along with veggies and dip. I know it was the first time some of them had eaten olives and they loved them. The best part was seeing how excited they were when they saw the penguins; pure joy.
