Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009
WORTHY OF YOUR TIME! This is restaurant quality Tortilla Soup. The flavor is really good and the jalepeno's give it the authentic kick. I will however, cut back on the onion amount. Little too much for our taste. Will make again and again, especially in this cool weather.

Clam Sauce with Linguine

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
This is the most delicious and easly pasta dish I've ever made. My husband (who is italian) loved it. He orders this dish often when we eat out and he thought this far surpassed all the restaurants. Needless to say, I was proud to serve it to him... :0)

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
This is a great "low fat" recipe that really tastes great. I changed the oil to apple sauce to make a much more healthier version and doubled the banana portion. It was really moist and I will make it many more times in the future.
