Grilled Rock Lobster Tails
Great recipe! We have used this recipe on shrimp and prawns and it has turned out great. For the prawns we BBQ'd my BF decided to add a dash of cayenne pepper for an extra kick. I imagine the pepper would be good on the lobster too.

Chocolate Frosting I
Loved this frosting! I made some yellow cupcakes and decided to use this frosting. It was a great combo. Some reviewers have said it was too sweet. It is very rich and sweet so if you aren't a sweet frosting fan don't even bother using this recipe.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies are a true winner! I followed the recipe exactly. Next time it would be fun to try macadamia nuts instead of pecans. Thanks for the great recipe!
