Spicy Bean Salsa
I loved this, as did my hubby and daughter. HOWEVER, it was not a hit with the teens who attended the super bowl party at our house. It IS versatile. I served it heated with cheese over Fritos. Again I added chicken fajita strips and heated. Served with cheese, sour cream, and chips or tortillas. It makes GOBS!

Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip
I loved this. I served it chilled and warmed. Some found it waaaaaaaay too spicy. Great with Fritos!

Mock Champagne
LOVED this! Made it for a SuperBowl party for teens...figured they'd turn their noses up. NO! They LOVED it too!
