I love to cook...I am fortunate to have a husband that will eat anything and everything and loves to try new things. I am at peace when in the kitchen making a meal of any kind.
My favorite things to cook
I used to really love one pot wonders but I have slowly evolved and am interested in other things...but I do LOVE my crockpot!

Cabbage Patch Stew
This was great...I made it exact except for adding a large can of crushed tomotoes and a lot more cabbage because I love it. I made it on the stove top and let it simmer away. Good healthy soup.

Spanish Rice Bake
I loved this...I did add black beans and a can of ro-tel...also cooked rice before adding into pot and omited the sugar as others suggested.

Cabbage Roll Casserole
This was so great...I was going to freeze part of it but my husband and I just kept eating it all week. This is a keeper. Thank you.
