Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Absolutely delicious, even with lite dairy ingredients and cheaper mushrooms. A nice touch is to add a splash of red wine to the sauteed mushrooms, then reduce. Really adds a richness to the flavor. I 100% recommend using this recipe!

California Chicken

From a fellow Ingrid, great recipe! I'm a vegetarian, so I subbed some tofu with a chili-lime marinade for the chicken, but the topping is terrific!

Bloody Mary Deluxe

Perfect! I love a spicy bloody mary. For another layer of spice I add a pinch of wasabi powder, the secret ingredient from a bar I once worked at. Also, for the hot sauce I use cholula, my favorite.
