I love to experiment in the kitchen. I am more of a cook than a baker. When I cook I am able to add a spice or subtract an ingredient more so than in baking. I really fell in love with cooking when I was in college and studied abroad in Italy. We learned how to make homemade red sauce with roma tomatoes and fresh garlic. It was wonderful! I've been doing it ever since. Italian foods, quick and easy, slow cooker recipes, desserts Sausage gravy and biscuits on Christmas morning. A sausage and mushroom risotto that was a huge hit. Since then I've lost the cookbook and am always checking bookstores for copies!
