Thanks for this super easy, delicious recipe! I added a little jalapeno for heat and some sauteed mushrooms. It was a definite hit.

I made this yesterday (Thanksgiving) and it was an absolute hit. Like some I added onion, garlic, celery and a bit of chicken stock. It made plenty of gravy. The house smelled festive without the hassle of a big turkey to baste. Delicious and extremely juicy, tender meat...thanks for the recipe! I won't make turkey any other way from now on.

Delicious! I will definitely keep this recipe handy. I did, however (because I LOVE them), use french fried onions instead of the crackers.
