I have been married for 27 years and am the mother of two boys (ages 24 and 12) and two girls (ages 23 and 18). I work at a local community center and routinely cook for the kids there and teach cooking classes on a weekly basis. I enjoy being able to make "something" from "nothing". I have learned to pull what I have on hand in the pantry and put it together into something enjoyable and satisfying.
