Lemon Zucchini Bread

I thought it was good, but the family didn't....I subbed 1/2 c of applesauce as other users did, and 1/4 c of oil....used whole wheat flour and it was very tasty! The family didn't care for it though....

Camping Steak Marinade Recipe

Delicious!! I used this for kabobs and it was fantastic!!! I will definately use this again! I also froze the cubes of meat in this as one user suggested and its was amazing! So good! I did add beer to this marinade and it made the meat so tender!

Quick Camping Cheesecake Recipe

Really really good! I have made it several times, its very easy and very tastey! I've also made it with cheesecake flavor pudding and topped with fresh blueberries, that was awsome! The lemon is very mild not tart at all, I prefer it a little more tart, so I think I'm going to try adding some lemon juice to the mix and cut a little milk out in place of....just a thought....but very good the way it is!

Cake Mix Cookies II

I made these and added 1/2 cup of coconut and 1/2 cup or so of milk chocolate chips. The dough will seem very dry but it cut fine after chilling and baked up beautifully. I don't think Jennymoon did it right....they aren't that bad. They tasted like little yellow cakes with built in chocolate frosting...Yum!! They were a very good quick cookie to make in a hurry....

Melt In Your Mouth Toffee

I don't make this particular recipe,I have one that is simialar and end up making 10 batches or so each season, but after reading the reviews about the butter separating, I will tell you what I've found is that if you use an inexpensive brand of butter that will happen. I always buy the "good" butter to make candy and have never had a problem with it seperating...hope this helps...

Best Chili ever! I added 2 or 3 chipolte chilis in Adobo sauce, diced up. Made it in the Crock Pot and it was so good!

Chocolate Mint Mayonnaise Cake

So moist and delicious!! It broke in half though so careful putting on plate. The icing was very very runny, like a glaze...but it was so good anyway, lots of compliments. Made for Johns Birthday
