Pumpkin Bread IV

Perfect! I upped the spices a little and added raisins to one loaf and left the others plain. DELICIOUS. I think it would be even better with walnuts. Great pumpkin flavor!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These came out really moist and soft, which was wonderful and my kids loved them. I really like a stronger pumpkin flavor and I feel like the choc chips were all I could taste. I'm going to try making them again with more pumpkin and less choc chips.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

I used Corrine's suggestions for this recipe and it turned out fantastic! My husband loved it. The meat was perfect and tender! A real keeper for my recipe box.

Spiced Pork Chops

I made this for dinner tonight. I thought is was pretty good but it was still a bit too sweet for me. I only used about 2 tablespoons of ketchup and replaced the rest with about 2/3 cup of red wine. I think that I will make this again but I will cut back on the brown sugar a little bit. It was a good recipe but I need to play with it a bit to get it just right for my taste.

Award Winning Chili

This chili is fantastic! I have made many different chili recipes and I think this is the best yet! I made a few changes to the recipe just because I was missing a few of the ingredients. I did not use the carrot or the celery and I only used green pepper because I didn't have any redbell peppers. I also didn't have any steak sauce so I used 1/3 cup equal parts ketchup and worcestershire sauce. I did add nearly 1 cup of water in the last step to reach the consistency I wanted, otherwise it would have been far too thick.
