I have been cooking for over 50 years and have become a very good cook, or so I'm told. At the age of 70, I believe I have most definitively perfected my craft. I am always on the lookout for anything new, different and tasty. Most of my cooking consists of creating meals that consist of a variety of meats and fresh vegetables that are prepared to be tasty and healthy. In short, I LOVE to cook!
My favorite things to cook
Pot roast, lamp chops, pork chops/steak,chicken, seafood and fish. New and different salads.Pasta, rice and potatoes. My all time favorites are shrimp alfredo,sweet and sour shrimp, harvard beets,and brussels sprouts.

I really don't have any. I just cook what sounds good on any given occasion.
