Murgh Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
I have had butter chicken in many Indian restaurants. This recipe is So easy and So good. I really like spice so I doubled the chilli powder. I used good Indian ingredients from the Indian Market too. I would not change a thing. Next time I am going to double it!!!

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
10 Stars! So good. Double the muffin recipe or half the frosting recipe though. Emphasis on double the muffins : )

Banana Crumb Muffins
yummm! Made it exactly the first time. So good. Folded in some walnut pieces the second time. Let the batter sit for 10 mins or so while making the crumb. Made them way better. Makes 6 texas sized muffins. Do not overbake!
