YUM! YUM! YUM! I have made this recipe 4 times already (once I made it twice in one week) and it is a HUGE hit! It is super moist and tender. This is the BEST cornbread recipe I have ever made. A co-worker suggested adding a can of Creamed Corn to the mix and that made it have a nice texture. But, if you don't care for 'chunks' in your bread...leave it out. I will keep making this recipe! Thanks for sharing!!!

VERY yummmy! Made quite a bit so may try to cut it in 1/2 next time (just me and the hubs). I DO NOT like V8 but gave it a try and it really did make a yummy (not too greasy) broth. I added my own favorite veggies...but otherwise followed recipe to the T. Will definitely make again!
