learned how to cook completely by accident.as a child used to sit and watch my Nana cook,in honesty i was waiting for her back to turn so i could snatch something and run off and eat it,so when i wanted to cook something simple i knew how,but it was also instrumental in my learning how to season and create my own dishes. mostly creole,southern and soul food. i dont wanna brag.... in the early days my rice and pancakes were less than complimentary,but now............
