This was a great recipe. I did take some advice from others and used only Marsala cooking wine and also added some whipping cream to the sauce. I made double the sauce as well so that I could cover the pasta with the sauce also. This is a keeper.

Teriyaki Rib Eye Steaks

Great. I didn't have ginger but it did not matter. It was delicious just the same. I also rendered the left over marinade and poured it over the steak. . . .Fabulous! I will keep this recipe.

Acorn Squash

Very good. My husband even enjoyed it and he is not a fan of squash. This was my first time cooking acorn squash so I followed the directions as was and will do the same next time I cook acorn squash.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

WOW! Great recipe! Very easy to make. I went ahead and added some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Also, I did not refrigerate or press down with a sugar covered fork. They did need the full 10 minutes. I will definitely make this again, this is a keeper!
