Country Pumpkin Muffins
Very good and very simple. My young kids usually only like blueberry muffins or chocolate chip muffins, but they loved these! Great recipe!

Oatmeal Craisin Cookies
Nice and chewy, this is a keeper! I like the taste of the craisins! I didn't have any raisins, so I added about 2/3 cups of pecans. My kids like them too.
