Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
It was good, but I think next time I'm going to turn the heat down a bit to avoid having to add water to the water bath I use when baking cheesecakes.

Pumpkin Pancakes
These were delicious! I made them for my daughter and her friend, and both girls loved them. I didn't change anything. They're okay plain, but with the syrup they're to die for! The batter is pretty thick, but they turned out well for me.

Libby's(R) Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
This is a very moist bread. It smells really good even before it's baked! I chopped the cranberries before I added them to the batter, and I also added nuts. Next time I make this I'm going to double the cranberries to 2 cups.
