Simple and delicious! I don't have a grill, so I used a broiler pan in the oven. It took just a minute or two more on each side. I left out the garlic powder as I used 4 LARGE cloves of fresh garlic. After the 3 minutes, I brushed off most of the garlic and the flavor was still plentiful. I don't eat much red meat, but I will use this again. Thanks!
