Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill
My family did not enjoy the flavor of the dijon. It overpowered the salmon. It tasted a little better the next day, but I will not make this recipe again.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Yummy and so moist! Instead of buying pumpkin puree, I pureed some sweet potatoes which I already had on hand. I will definitely make again.

Grilled Salmon I
I was a little skeptical at first at how I all the flavors would blend. But I enjoyed it very much. It was the first time I made salmon without an additional sauce. Loved it!
