Rhubarb Bread I

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
This was more like a rhubarb coffee cake. My husband is a cook and he said that this was the best he has ever had. I doubled the topping and it just went throughout the entire loaf giving it a coffee cake texture and taste......made it for myself.......we devoured it....made it for work....same thing.

Alfredo Mostaccioli

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
I would make this again. It had wonderful taste. Although, I thought it needed more sauce, I used whole wheat penne noodles...gave it a different taste also. I agree with some of the others, you have to cook it a bit longer or it is a runny mixture......although I must say, it was veryyyyy good

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
I breaded my chicken breasts, cooked in lightly oiled pan till done, laid on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, fettucini noodles or penni noodles then poured sauce over chicken, it was a great meal. Doubling the sauce made for a creamier meal.
