I am a missionary's wife. I live in Central America. I have a two-year old. I have been married for four years. I enjoy cooking things that are simple and easy. My sister turned me on to this website. I am so thankful. I love to cook what we refer to a chicky salad. The salad has tri-colored noodles, italian dressing,and chicken seasoned with butter garlic salt and lemon pepper. Pork chops which my mother-in-law taught me to cook. I cooked my first turkey this past Thanksgiving. It turned out great. I was almost like being at home. My husband is a big eater. And when we first got married I was used to my mother's way of doing things. And I did not cook enough food. It was the worst lesson on cooking.
