I'm a senior in college who just found out that I might be good at applying heat to food. I love Italian and Chinese food! My best dishes so far are probably chicken parmigiana and orange chicken. Most of my dishes involve beef or chicken breasts Thanksgiving at home--there's nothing like it. Cooking for more people than just myself for the first time--I made chicken parm for 12 people and they all loved it! Some oddities have happened, but no outright disasters...not yet anyway :-)
