Mexican Baked Fish

I made this last night with Tilapia instead of cod. My boyfriend didn't even know it was fish (which he hates). I first, cooked it in a pan with a little olive oil for about 7 minutes on medium-low heat and then placed in the oven at 400 for 5 minutes. Right before I took it out of the oven, I broiled the fish for 2 minutes to get the chips really crunchy. It was awesome!
