Orange Glazed Carrots
A good idea, but I agree with another review stating that it doesn't really take on much orange flavor. Fine, but not great.

Fruit Pizza II
Delicious and very easy. I made it for fourth of July. So I used strawberries and blueberries to make a flag. I didn't use the glaze because I didn't think those fruits needed it. I will definetly make it again. It was GREAT!!! My husband loved it.

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie
Great pie, but really runny. Next time I make this I will do something to help thicken it up. I cut my rhubarb to 1/4" slices to help them cook up. It was delicious!!!! A great use for the rhubarb out in my garden. This was my 1st time ever cooking/baking with rhubarb. :0)
