Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I just made this for my family. It was a huge success! I didn't have any cider vinegar so i substituted rice vinegar, but don't think the result was altered at all by this. The maple dijon mustard glaze is amazing. I'm so tempted to try it out on some other meats! All in all this is a fabulous recipe. Even my younger brother who is typically a picky eater, loved it.
