Oatmeal and Applesauce Pancakes
delicous moist and the best most unique recipe I've tried. Who would have thought to put sour cream? They cook quick so watch that they don't burn. Picture doesn't do justice. They look better than that! If u omit the vanilla extract they still taste great! Big hit with my family!

Pancakes
This pancake recipe was great!!!!! Turned out perfect..did not alter anything, just added blueberries, the key is your heat: If the heat is too low, the pancakes will cook slightly uneven and never brown. If you cook too high, they will burn. If you cook them on medium to medium high-they turn out perfect. I find that butter burns to easily. I use a tinge of extra virgin olive oil before I put it on each pancake. Make double this recipe & have it for two days. If you want to add fruit or chocolate chips, dont add them to the whole batter or you can't save it. Add a SMALL handful to each individual batter..Thank for this recipe, its much better than store bought
