I am a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in St Thomas and have recently been interested in cooking. I have cooked for myself for many years but have used the most simplist things. I have found an interest in trying other recipes and am having fun with it. I like things that are simple and only takes one dish to make. I plan to try alot of casseroles in the future and some simple desserts.
