Hi everyone! I started cooking when I was 4yrs old, helping my mom and dad out gave me the push to try new foods and cooking methods. One thing I have learned is not to panic in the kitchen. If you feel over whelmed stand back for a few seconds and catch your breath.

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken
This was an ok meal but it does have potential to be something. Like some of the reviewers said and are right this is very bland, even after I altered it just a tad. I will make this another time but alter even more. Look out for a repost.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast
I didn't take the time to stuff the chicken, placed the stuffing on top the chicken while it cooked and it turned out great.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
This was an awesome recipe. I swapped the blue cheese for gorgonzola cheese, it has a milder taste then blue and sauteed onions/mushrooms to go with it. The gravy was a bit to much so I will cut that in half the next time I make this. All and all its a keeper.
