Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
This recipe is awesome! As suggested I used 3/4 cup barley, I instead used kidney beans, and I didn't have curry powder, so I tossed in a handful of fresh cilantro. It was perfect. This recipe is very versatile and I look forward to making it again!

Shrimp and Artichoke Linguine
I do love the fact that this recipe is easy and healthy. I will make it again, but it does need some adjustments. I've made this dish twice, and the first time I doubled the wine and lemon and it was way too lemony. The following time I followed to recipe exactly and it was a bit dry and needed a little more sauce. Next time I'll try adding marinated artichokes (as recommended before) and using a higher quality white wine. The fresh parsley on top is excellent and I do love that.

Broccoli Beef I
I thought this recipe was decent. It was edible, but I won't be making this again. It was lacked flavor even with doubling the garlic, ginger, and sauce (even adding red pepper flakes).
