Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
This recipe is awesome! As suggested I used 3/4 cup barley, I instead used kidney beans, and I didn't have curry powder, so I tossed in a handful of fresh cilantro. It was perfect. This recipe is very versatile and I look forward to making it again!
