I love cooking for the special occasions. Put me in a kitchen and I am in control. When I am stressed I cook and that calms me down. I love making my Spaghetti Sauce. And I love trying new things. As long as I am cooking for family and friends I am happy. Lately, I have been grilling a lot and cooking healthy which has been very exciting. I am of Polish decent, so my fondest memories are of cooking with my grandmother and having her teach me her tricks. Christmas Eve dinner is a top favorite and then Easter and Thanksgiving. Hearing my grandfather tell me that I cook as good if not better then my grandmother. That was a huge compliment. I'll never tell.
