Ham Cheddar Biscuits
Great recipe,so easy. I followed review,added 1 tbsp butter into Baking mix,chives,pepper,garlic and brush top after baking. Thanks

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
I used the water bath,my cheesecake did not crack,it came out beautiful. The crust was so soggy a couple days after,too greasy. I cut down the butter after reviews,so I guess it needs to cut down more and use more gingersnaps. Why grease when there is so much grease already

Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge
I think the flavor should be more of peanut butter,so I will cut the butter in half and add half more peanut butter. My first attempt so I use the dish,but i had a little left in the pan and I put it on waxed paper,it was a thinner layer and that set beautiful. So in my next attempt I will use a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
