Butter Bean Burgers
I've been a vegetarian for 13+ years. Of course I've tried EVERY bean and veggie burger there is. I have to say this is my favorite. It has a subtle flavor with a mild kick from the jalepenos. I was able to get 6 small burgers from the batch so I had to hide them from myself as not to eat them in one day. This has become a regular in my diet. Thank You for sharing Silverwolf!

Snickerdoodle Cake I
WOW! I thought it looked a little dry as it was coming from the oven. I let it cool (barely) and took a bite. YUMMY! This cake does taste just like the cookie only fluffier. It was moist, light and tasty and as I stood there eating slice after slice, I began to think of what else I could pair with it. It's great with strawberries and a cold glass of soymilk. Next time I'll try making homemade whipping cream to serve along with. Peaches, berries or as is this cake is great. Thanks for the submission!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This is definitely a keeper. Don't look any further... I had an artichoke dip at a friends baby shower about 5 years ago. It was fabulous. When I got home, I searched and searched for the perfect recipe.. THIS IS IT! I've been making this dip for 5 years and I've followed the exact recipe, I've omitted mayo or basil or both, added red bell pepper more garlic etc. It still turns out wonderful every time. I do mix the mozzarella in and sprinkle a mixture of both parmesan and mozzarella on top. The only problem with this dip is I can't stop eating it.
