Honey Bun Cake I
I gave this a 4 star review. The cake is very good, but much too sweet for me and I am a lover of anything sweet. Next time I will use only 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I set the timer for 50 minutes because other reviewers said it was not baked completely in 40 minutes. I took my cake out and it still had runny cake batter in the center. I put the cake back in the oven and baked a total of 60 minutes. Overall this is a good cake. Will bake again.

Chicken In Basil Cream
This was the best meal. My family of 4 truly enjoyed this dish. I only omitted the pimentos because I do not like them. I doubled the sauce recipe and added fresh chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. I cooked chicken tenderloins in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Instead of milk, I used an egg to keep the coating on the chicken. I will make this again and again. I can't wait to have a dinner party. I am sure to impress my guest with this dish.

Jambalasta
Very Good! My family enjoyed this pasta dish. I only made minor changes. I used rotel tomatos for spice and omitted the hot sauce and onion. I used Texjoy's sausage seasoning and steak seasoning, garlic powder and italian seasoning. I also used corkscrew pasta. The shrimp was added at the last minute as well so that they would not overcook.
