Breaded Parmesan Chicken
I made this recipe last night and although added garlic, a little bit of dry mustard, I still felt like it was missing something. Although I ran out of italian bread crumbs and used regular bread crumbs that I seasoned with italian seasoning, the chicken was juicy but still partially bland. Also, I recommend added lots of sauce as I just coated to the top of the chicken with sauce because I was eating this on a subroll without bread. Overrall, its a decent recipe and it is super easy. Also, butter does not do the job to get the breading to stay on, I used an egg (as you would in fried chicken) and that worked well.

Maryland Crab Cakes II
I combined this recipe with another recipe that called for the same ingredients except I added panko bread crumbs to my italian bread crumbs, a dash of Worchestire sauce, a teaspoon of lemon juice and cayenne pepper. After I prepared the crab cakes, I put them in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to let them firm up and cooked them in olive oil. My family loved it. They thought my crab cakes tasted better than restaurants.

Tasty Collard Greens
This recipe was pretty easy. I added onions, and hamhock instead of turkey, two tablespoons of Vinegar and sugar and I added two cups of water and an additonal cup of chicken stock and these greens came out so good. Everyone really loved them for thanksgiving. I also cooked the greens for an additonal hour and a half so they were very flavorful.
