Sausage Cheese Balls
Travis loved these, Ron was so-so. I used an egg or 2 and a dab of milk as suggested. Onion powder instead of onions.NO celery. Be sure to use the full 16 oz. of cheese, I think it could have been cheesier. Made a ton so I could freeze them later. Good snacking for a starving tweenager!

Amazing Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
I used crab as they did not have any canned shrimp at Parkers. IT was GREAT! Ron oohed and ahhed about them. Definitely need to make them again and often. Try with the shrimp next!

Turkey Cream Cheese Enchiladas
NExt time use no sour cream. The sour cream taste was strong...use more garlic maybe?
