I am an Australian living in Osaka Japan, I am currently employed in a Spanish Restaurant, Previous experience includes working in an Italian Restaurant and a 5 star French Restaurant. My goal is to travel to Canada to gain some experience before travelling to France were I will undertake 4 years of cooking school, upon completion I will travel the EU, garnering experience wherever poosible (hopefully Italy, Spain and Greece). At approximately 30 years of age I hope to move back to Australia and open a farmstay lodge with a Restaurant, so as to offer fresh produce grown by myself. including Beef, Poultry, Vension, Wines and Olive products, and if I am lucky Fish.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy all foods, but simple foods are my Favourite, You can't beat a good Roast, or a dish with 4-5 ingredients perfectly proportioned so as not to overpower one another but to compliement each other ie. Pigeon wrapped in Proscuitto, Stuffed with Prunes and Walnuts, served with Baked Figs and a Madeira Jus
